Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return/refund of a unused product within 7 days.
In case you want to cancel your order, you can do so before its shipped, after that we are unable to cancel your order.
I. Delayed orders: Orders No Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than 45 days ,counting from the date you send the payment to buyucart.com if :-
– You have checked the tracking number and it doesn’t show any move or information.
Note: If you want a replacement, buyucart.com won’t process a refund, but buyucart.com will send a replacement to you.
II. Damaged Orders: buyucart.com will provide a full refund/replacement if:
– Orders arrived damaged.
– Order arrived damaged but the you don’t want the replacement to be sent.
>You must have the following -:
– Order number.
– Photos/Video of the damaged item to prove damage.
Note: Please make small video shoot of opening the package, it will help us to process your refund/replacement request more quickly.
You can submit your Return/Refund/Cancellation request by the following steps -: Go to My Account – Click on Orders – Select the order number – Click on the vendor name given near the product – Click on Get support option for submitting your request.
