Who can sell on Buyucart?

Anyone selling new and genuine products is welcome. In order to start selling, you need to have the following:

  • Passport or National ID Card or Driving License

  • Bank account

  • Minimum of 1 unique products to sell

  3. Once an order is received, pack the product and dispatch it.

  4. Once an order is successfully dispatched and received by the customer, Buyucart will settle your payment within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier.

Do I need to courier my products to Buyucart?

Will I get charged for listing products on Buyucart?

No. Listing of products on Buyucart.com is absolutely free. Buyucart does not charge anything for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell..

Who takes care of the delivery of my products?

Its completely the responsibility of the seller to pack the item, choose any delivery service, get the tracking number, updating the tracking number in the shipping details available in seller dashboard and take care that the package is successfully delivered to the customer.

How and when will I get paid?

Once the order is received and successfully delivered to the customer and their is no return or refund, the seller can change the status of order to completed and submit a withdraw request through seller dashboard. The payment will be made directly to your bank account through NEFT transactions. Buyucart will settle your payments within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier..

What are the fees charged?

The following deductions are made from the order item value:

  • Commission fee: A percentage of the order item value vary based on vertical/sub-category or the seller

  • Fixed fee: A slab wise Fixed fee. This vary based on Order item value

How do I list my products on Buyucart?

We give you a step-by-step process of how to list your products on our website. How do I manage my orders on Buyucart?

Through our seller dashboard, we make it really easy for you to manage your orders. Whenever a customer places an order, we send you an e-mail alert. You need to pack the order and dispatch it within the time frame provided by you and add the shipping details in the option available in the seller dashboard. After that be in touch with the shipping provider and as soon as the order is delivered, change the status of the order to completed.

Does Buyucart provide packaging material?

No. You have to arrange your own packaging material.

What protection does Buyucart offer in case of fraudulent customer claims?

In case of any customer fraudulent claim, the seller will be contacted and proper investigation will be done and final decision will be taken.

If customer wants to return the product and needs a refund?

If customer need a refund, he/she will contact the seller through the support option given to them. The seller will receive the support request in the seller dashboard.

Case 1. Seller has to accept the return if request received within 7 days of product delivered. In this case seller has to arranged return pickup through any trusted delivery service provider and accept the unused product. After the successful pickup the seller can submit a refund request to Buyucart in the order details in the seller dashboard.

Case 3. Seller received the message in their support inbox to refund/return the product after 7 days of the product delivered. Seller can reply to the customer that product cannot be returned after 7 days of product delivery.
